All Trio Snacks products are built on our nut trio: pecans, almonds, and cashews. Our Snack Mixes add pretzels and sesame sticks. Our Trail Mixes include the nut trio plus raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

Our Roasted Nuts, Seasoned Nuts, and Trail Mixes are gluten-free. Our Snack Mixes contain wheat (pretzels and sesame sticks) and are not suitable for those with gluten sensitivities.

Never. Our ingredients are simple: premium nuts, sea salt, and in some varieties natural spices. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

No — all Trio Snacks products contain tree nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews). They are not suitable for anyone with tree nut allergies.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified. Use our contact form as quickly as possible.
